Hillview Boy (2.05 York) ran a fine race trying to make all. He looks on a fair mark and should find a handicap soon enough.

Acrostic travelled well before finishing 4th in the 2.35.

Changing The Guard has been very consistent since being added to my list. He needs to be produced late so as I suggested a few months back, he is staying well handicapped. It was decent performance to win the 3.45 at 14/1. He has been most profitable this season.

Sovereign Remedy showed enough in 4th to suggest a similar race would be within his grasp.

Eastern Hills was ridiculously over priced in the morning at 100/1 (Stan James) for the 5.25. He ran a fine race to finish 3rd, staying on well to the line. The 4yo is now trained by John Wainright after leaving Mark Johnston he looks well treated on last season's form.
